Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the un-danced shoes in their original Yami box and include all protective dust bags or accessories provided.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the shoes for quality, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
